Old traditions kinda knew what science now proves: your body remembers stress. It stacks up in muscles, bones, and even the way you stand. And they’re finding relief in things that existed way before productivity planners. 

It’s Not About Going Backwards

But this isn’t about ditching the future. It’s about blending.

We can still have apps, Wi-Fi, and Uber Eats. But in the cracks, we can also bring back the slow, tactile, grounding stuff. It’s a balance. (Or at least… trying to find balance, which is already a win.)
